Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959 Re: ANTHONY PETRILLI SCTM #4-5-18 Dear Mr. Just, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on October 27, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, ANTHONY M. PETRILLI applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 13, 1992. WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with ~respect to said application on October 27, 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,. WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED,.that the Board of Trustees aPProves the application of ANTHONY M. PETRILLI to construct a single family residence, sanitary system, deck, regrade and apply crushed driveway, as per survey prepared by Chandler, Palmer & King, last dated 11/5/91. Located East End Road, Fishers Island. SCTM #4-5-18 Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Dept, ZBA Meeting of October 20, 1994 No. 1202 Moved by Jack Hagerty, seconded by Allan Connell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS of the Wetland Application of DAI AND SIM MOY 90-1-1 E. 2 to resheath 150' bulkhead, install 12' return, rebolt, rebuild and repair six timber jetties, backfil return with 10 c.y. of clean fill. The CAC recommends approval for the applicant to resheath 150' bulkhead, install 12" return and backfill. The CAC recommends disapproval of the work on the six jetties. The six jetties are too close, they do not function properly in their current state. The CAC recommends that jetties I and 6 be repaired and the other four jetties be left to deteriorate West Lake Road, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: Ail Motion carried. No. 1203 Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Jack Hagerty, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of LOUIS BACON 131~-3-5 for hand cutting, selective rotocutting, and small tractor for slip-chain removal of clumps of catbrJer and multJflora rose an~J removal of certain invasive species of plants as explained 'n papers submitted with the application. Robins Island Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. No. 1204 The CAC did not inspect the application of ANTHONY PETRILLI ~-5-18 to construct a single family residence, sanitary system, deck, regrade and crushed stone driveway and therefore, has NO RECOMMENDATION.
