Dear Mrs. Moore:
The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at
their regular meeting held on May 29, 1986 r~garding the above
captioned matter:
Moved by Trustee Goubeaud seconded by Trustee Krupski
W~HEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the documentation submitted
concerning this request; and
~EREAS, the Board made the following findings of fact:
1. By this request appellant requests a Waiver of the Wetland
Ordinance, mn accordance with Chapter 97, Section 97-22 from the
Code of the Town of Southold to make improvements on an existing
single family residence on property located on 7001Koke Drzve,
Southold.
2. The property in question is on the Map of Property surveyed
for Marjorie D. Petra~ at Southold or more particularly known on the
Suffolk County Tax ~4ap'Designation as: Dist. 1000, Section 087~.Block
05, Lot 006.
In considering this request, the Board finds and determines:
1. The project as proposed will not adversely affect the. Wetlands
of the Town.
2. The project as proposed will not adversely affect the health,
safety and<general welfare of the people of the Town.

RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees approve a Waiver of
the Wetland Ordinance to Rudolph H. Bruar, Esq. on behalf of
Marjorie D. Petras for the construction of a 1~023 sq. ft.
addition to an existing residence and to improve cottage into a
year round residence on property located at 700 Koke Drive,
Southold.
Please note that this application is being reviewed by the
