Box 41 Mattituck, New York 11952 Re: Oaklawn Extension & Clearview Ave, Southold Dear Mr. Perricone: Pursuant to the request made by the Building Dept. for a re- inspection of the above premises based on the Map of Property surveyed for Joseph Perricone at Southold, dated and amended November 4, 1986 as surveyed by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C., please be advised as follows: RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees have reinspected the property located at 2060 Clearview Ave., Southold as requested by the Building Dept. and have determined "No Jurisdiction" as proposed on the map of property for Joseph Pgrricone, surveyed by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. amended November 4, 1986, all in accordance with the provisions set forth in the D.E.C. permit issued. L,I., N.¥, ltD?l TELEPHONE (516) 765-1809 ACTION OF THE BOARD OF APPEALS At a Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 26, 1988, the following action was taken: Upon Application of STEPHEN J. PERR!CONE and NEIL DURAZZO for a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance, Article Xi, Section 100-119.2B, for permission to locate building within 75 feet of the nearest wetland along "dredged canal" off Deep Hole Creeks premises located along the north side of Lupton Point Road, Mattituck, NY, and identified on the Suffolk County Tax Maps as District 1000, Section 115, Block ll~ Lot 22. WHEREAS, on November 5, 1987, a Notice of Disapproval was issued by the Building Inspector for the above project; and WHEREAS, an application for a Variance was filed Novem- ber 6, 1987 under Appeal NOo 3692; and WHEREAS, on May 17, 1988, Local' Law No~ t5 of 1988 of the Town of Southold was adopted and enacted by the Town Board; and WHEREAS, Local Law ~!5-1988 amended the Provisions under Section 100-119.2, subsection B of the Zoning Code, to exclude those projects which are upon "lands not bulkheaded and are subject to a determination by the Board of Town Trustees under Chapter 97 of the Code of the Town of Southold'~; and WHEREAS, Local Law 915-1988 was filed with the Secretary of State on May 25~ 1988 and is in effect at this time; and WHEREAS, the subject premises is not bu!kheaded and has received a conditional permit from the Southold Town Trustees dated December 17, 1987; FORK SIDINC, FOR INSPECTION: Stephen Perricone - 2060 Clearview Ave., Southold Request made by the Building Dept. for a determination on the need of a wetland permit for the construction of g single family residence on property located at 2060 Clearview Ave., Southold.
