Located: 12400 New Suffolk Avenue, Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-116.-6-12.1 & 12.2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided,on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action INCONSISTENT with policy 6.3. Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands and therefore INCONSISTENT with the LWRP. 1. Photos show a healthy, predominately American beach grass (Ammophila b.) community. 2. The invasive species have not been identified. 3. The method of clearing has not been identified. 4. The species to be replanted have not been identified. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
