Location of Property: 1240 Gold Spur Street, Cutchogue, NY; Oregon View Estates Subdivision Lot 11; more particularly known as County Tax Map Parcel No. 1000-095-04-018.11. The board made the following findings and determination: By this appeal, appellants seek permission to construct a 22-foot by 28-foot addition at the westerly side of the existing one-story, one-family dwelling house and garage, leaving a 32-foot setback from the westerly property line adjoining the park and recreation area of "Oregon View Estates" Subdivision and adjoining a 55-foot reservation for highway easement at the southwesterly corner of the parcel in question. It is the view of this board of applicant's lot is not in fact to the community park. that the strip of land lying to the west a highway, but merely provides access Accordingly, on motion by Mr. Goehringer, seconded by Mr. Grigonis, the applicant is not required to be set back 50 feet from the westerly property line.
