State of New York 1952: and the Southold Town Ordinance en-

Construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' X 14' hinged
ramp; (2) 6' X t2' floats secured by (4) iron pipes.
Structure must not impede navigation and be in "T" or
"L" configuration.
all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in
the originating application.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said Board of Trustees here-

part of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit does understand and prescribe t~ the fol-
lowing:
1. That tbe said Board of Trustees and the Town of Sonthold are released froaa any and
all damages, or vl~im, for damages, of suits arising directly or inditecdy as a result of any oper-
ation performed pursuant to this permit, and the said Permittee will~ at his or her o,vSs expen~
defend any and all such suits initiated by thltd parties, and the said Permittee assumes fi~ liability
with respect thereto, eo the complete exclusion of the Board of Trosrees of the Town of Southokt
2. That this Permit is valid for a period of 24 mos. which is considered to be the
estimated time required to complete the work involved, bat should circumstances warfare, request
for an extension may be made to the Board at a later dam
3. Tlmt this Permit should be retained inde{initely, or as long as the said P~o:ee wishes
to maintain the structure or project involved, to provide evidence to anyone concerned that anth-
orization was originally obtained.
4. That the work involved will be subject to the inspection and approval of the Board or
its agents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the originating application, may be cause for
revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board.
5. That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the work
herein authorized.
6. That there shall be no interference with the fight of the public to pass and repass along
the beach between high and low water marks.
7. Thai: if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations
in the location of the work herein authorized, or fi. in the opinion of the Board of Tsuste~s, tha
work shall cause unreasonable obstructaon to free navigation, the said Permittee will be required,
upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town
of Southold.
8. That the said Board will be notified by the Permittee or the completion of the work auth-
orized.
9. That the Pe~'xnittee will obtain all other permits and consents .that may be required sup-
plementai to this permit which may be subject to revoke upon failure to obtain same.

Dear Mr. Perricone:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on February 22, 1990 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, Joseph Perricone applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a
permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated December 29, 1989 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on February 22, 1999 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS~ the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and docUmentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED THAT JOSEPH PERRICONE BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION
UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO:
Construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' X 15' fixed elevated
(4'above grade of marsh) walkway; 4' X 14' hinged ramp; (2) 6' X 12'
floats secured by (4) iron pipes.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if
work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if
applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this
notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to
be notified upon completion of said project.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for
work to be done below Mean High Water Mark:

Recommendation of Wetland Applications

CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCILi ~
The following recommendations were made by the CAC at its meeting of
January 16:
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland
Application No.12-2-89-117-5-16 and 12-2-89-117-5-12.1 and 12-2-89-117-5-48.1
of William Wickham and Mssrs. Kwit and LOckwood to replace within 18", 54 I.f,
of existing timber bulkhead on Kwit property; remove and replace in same location
and configuration, 82 I.f. of bulkhead, dredge up to 10' in fornt to maximum
depth of 4' below MLW on Wickham and Lockwood property. Approximately
10 c.y. spoil to be removed and used for backfill.

Motion carried.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland
Application No. 12-3-89-35-4-12 submitted by John H. Geideman on behalf of
Robert S. Koebele to add 4' x 18' to an existing float, 30' x 6', using an
additional pile.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees conditional approval
of Wetland Application No. 1-1-90-70-10-28.2 of Joseph Perricone to construct
a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 15' fixed, elevated (4' above grade of marsh)
_walkway; 4' x 14' hinged ramp; two 6' x 12' floats secured by four iron pipes.
Approval is based upon the submission of a site plan by the applicant. Sub-
mitted plan shows locations in Carmel and Putnam.
