The permit included the establishment of non-disturbance/non-fertilization buffer from the edge of the flood line to the edge of wetlands. A 25' wide non-disturbance, non-fertilization buffer is shown on the survey, however, is not included within the legal description. The addition of the language to the description is recommended. Suffolk Environmental Consulting on behalf of ESTATE OF FRED ADLER requests a Wetland Permit to construct a 24'x40' two-story, single family dwelling with a 15'x20' attached deck on northwesterly side of dwelling, install a gravel driveway, install a sanitary system landward of dwelling; and connect to public water. Located: 415 Lakeside Drive, Southold. SCTM# 100.0-90-3- 13. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that the following is required to further Policy 6: 1. The 25' non-disturbance/non-fertilization buffer is required. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
