Located: 2175 Bay Shore Road, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-53-4-14 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that the following is required to further Policies 5 and 6: 1. Require the installation of a vegetated, non-turf buffer landward of the wall. 2. Require that the action complies with Chapter 236 Stormwater Management (drywells are not shown) 3. FEMA flood zones shown on the plat may not reflect current conditions.
