Box 1547 Riverhead, NY 11901 RE: Joseph Perino SCTM %t000-t04-10-4 & 5 Dear Mr. Cuddy: Based on the Trustees field inspection of November 11, 1991 the house will be beyond the jurisdiction of this Board for construction and activities more than 75t landward of the surveyor taped pipe conspicuously located at the landward edge of the wetland. Upon placement of this pipe on a licensed survey submitted to this office, we will permit activities landward of 75' from that stake. Should Mr. Perino wish to cut/fill or otherwise clear within 75' of the wetland he should submit an application for a wetland permit or waiver to this Board. Very truly yours, John M. Since the lot is contiguous to Broadwaters Cove, it is our understanding that we must have the Trustees approval to construct a home at that site. This is to advise that the home to be constructed is not less than 75 feet back from the ordinary high-water mark or the tidal wetlands, whichever mark further encroaches on ~e property as it meets Broadwaters Cove.
