CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT
Margaret Ann Noone, residing at 210 Sigsbee Road, Mattituck,New York, for the
purpose of abandoning certain Lots and parts of Lots owned by her and located at Sigsbee Road,
Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, said Lots and
parts of Lots being described below and pursuant to the provisions of Subdivision 3 of Section
335 of the Real Property Law of the State of New York, DO HEREBY CERTIFY :
1. That a certain map, entitled "Map of Mattituck Park Properties, Inc.," was filed in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on July 2, 1925 as Map No. 795 and on a map entitled "Map
of Mattituck Park Properties Inc., Amended" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Counyt
of Suffolk On January 12, 1926 as Map No. 801 (the "Filed Map").
2. That more than twenty years have elapsed since the filing of the Filed Map.
3. That certain Lots and parts of Lots as shown on the Filed Map are owned by the
undersigned as follows: Lots 4, 5 and 6.
4. That a deed evidencing their ownership of said Lots 4, 5 and 6 on the Filed Map was
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 18, 1984 in Liber 9547 page
442.
5. That attached hereto as Schedule A and made a part hereof is a legal description of the
foregoing Lots and parts of Lots to be abandoned
6. That the undersigned as owners of lots 4, 5 and 6 as shown on the Filed Map and
described on Schedule A hereto, DO HEREBY ABANDON AND CANCEL said Lots and parts
of Lots as shown on the Filed Map and described on Schedule A hereto and, effective with the
due approval and filing hereof, the same shall no longer exist as a Lots and parts of Lots on the
Filed Map,
7. Endorsed hereon and attached hereto is the approval of the Board of Assessors of the
Town of Southold.
8. Submitted herewith is an abstract of title to the Lots and parts of Lots to be abandoned
covering a period of at least twenty years have passed and a certification by a duly licensed title
insurance company doing business in the County of Suffolk to the effect that there are no unpaid
taxes or tax liens against said lands, to be approved by the Clerk of the County of Suffolk at the
time of filing of this Certificate of Abandonment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has made and executed this Certificate of
Abandonment this 190 day of April, 2018. /

The Board of Assessors of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York has
reviewed and examined the Certificate of Abandonment to which this approval is attached and
according to the best information and belief of said Board of Assessors, the make of aid
Certificate has met all the requirements of law governing the abandonment of lots and streets, if
any, on the filed map defined therein
THEREFORE, the Board of Assessors of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, DOES HEREBY APPROVAL AND CONSENT TO the foregoing Certificate of
Abandonment to be filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk at Riverhead,New York
