Please consider this letter a request to transfer the referenced permits from
Geoffroy Penny and Henry and Ann Wong to the Debra A. Roth 2012 Family Trust, as
they are the new owner of the subject parcel effective July 14th, 2022.
I have enclosed a copy of the executed deed for your records, along with an
executed Affidavit, Owner's Authorization, Owner's Transactional Disclosure Form,
Agent's Transactional Disclosure Form, and an attorney escrow check payable to the
Town of Southold in the amount of$250.00 for the required transfer fees for all five (5)
permits.

Re: Application No. 10-88-104-7-2, 570 Mason Drive, Cutchogue, N.Y.
Dear Mr. Penny :
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on February 28, 1989 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, Geoffrey Penny applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a
permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated October 7, 1988, and
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on February 28, 1989 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
-NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that Geoffrey Penny BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION
UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct retaining wall around boat
basin and maintenance dredge as per revised plan.

RESOLVED to recommend tc the Southold Town Trustees approval of
Wetland Application No. 670 of George Anderegg, Jr. to remove and
replace (in same location and configuration) 57 I.f. of existing timber
bulkhead and two 4' returns. Backfill with concrete to be brought in.
Note: Bulkhead to be removed is second existing bulkhead, first bulk-
head will remain.

RESOLVED ~o recommend to the Southold Town Trustees disapproval
with recommendations of Wetland Application No. 678 of Geoffrey L. Penny
to add retaining wall around man-made boat basin and maintenance dredge.
The CAC recommend disapproval of the retaining wall because no need
is shown and the CAC has a policy not to recommend retaining walls
on protected areas in creeks.
The CAC recommends, however, the following;~
1. Two angled returns which are a continuation of the existing
bulkhead. Returns should be angled Lo minimize wetland intrusion,
and fill behind the returns.
2. Dredge area not be 4' to MLW. Recommend a gentle slope be
established to shoreline.
3. Recommend the applicant keep a 20' to 30' natural buffer zone.
Mason Drive, Cutchogue.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of
Wetland Application No. 656 of Martin W. Kruse to construct 45' of
catwalk, 80' of 6' dock, 8' x 40' float dock with a 20' ramp and related
mooring pilings. The CAC recommends approval, however, would like
to note that the length of the dock exceeds the Trustees' guideline of
75~ .
