Dear Mr. Parsons:
The Southold Town Trustees approved your grandfather application
for the dock permit on February 14, 1991 subject to the
requirement that the structure is reconstructed in kind and in
place. You must provide us with a copy of your NYSDEC permit
or authorization for this project.
If your project is not dimensionally exactly identical to the
previous one please submit a complete application to this office
as soon as possible.
