This letter is a request for a waiver for a deck attached to
our home in East Marion. We have just finished renovating the
interior and exterior of the house and we are awaiting final
inspections for the C. of O. for this new work. The deck on the
water side of the house was built 11 years ago and we would like
to have that legalized at this time also. Enclosed is a copy of
the old survey with the deck drawn in. A new survey has been
ordered from Van Tuyl. Also enclosed is a check for $35.00.
Sincerely,
December 6, 1995
To Board of Trustees:
The dock and bulkhead at 2435 Cedar Ls//e, East Marion was
originally built in the 1960's.
If you have any further questions, I will be glad to help.
