The deck on the water side of the house was built 11 years ago and we would like to have that legalized at this time also. Enclosed is a copy of the old survey with the deck drawn in. A new survey has been ordered from Van Tuyl. Also enclosed is a check for $35.00. Sincerely, December 6, 1995 To Board of Trustees: The dock and bulkhead at 2435 Cedar Ls//e, East Marion was originally built in the 1960's. If you have any further questions, I will be glad to help.
