New York 11971 At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Thursday. November 28. 1995. the following action was taken: GF-13 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Betty Wells, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH PROVISION of the Grandfather Permit request of WILLIAM, JOHN, and AILEEN PARROTT 37-~,-9 for a dock float and ramp, etc. which has been in existence for many years. The CAC recommends approval provided they check affidavit of prior existence. The float appears to be of recent origin. 2435 Cedar Lane, East Marion Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried.
