New York 11971 At a meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, February 26, 1996 the following recommendation was made: No. 1324 Moved by John Hagerty, seconded by Scott Hilary, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southoid Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of CHRIS PAPPAS 51-1-20 to install 36t of timber bulkhead and (~1) 4'3" long triton marine mattress landward of the mean high water mark.
