RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a 6'.5" X 33' deck attached to existing
residence. All other renovations are out cf the Trustees
jurisdiction.
This approval does not constitute any approval from any other
agency.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on June 22, 1989 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, En Consultants on behalf of Anthony Panzarino applied to
the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April
15, 1988 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS~ a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on June 22, 1989 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewedand are familiar
with the pr~mises in ~estien and the surrounding area~ and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that En Consultants ON BEHALF OF Anthony Panzarino BE AND
HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO:
Construct 4' x 60' catwalk, 4' x 16' ramp, 8' x 24' float, 4' x 7'
concrete pad, dr!rwell, install 14 pilings. Property located at 800
Strohson Road, Cutchogue, N.Y.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if
work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid and permit
issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two
inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon
completion of said project.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for
work to be d~ne below Mean High Water Mark:

Construct a 153' timber retaining wall generally along
the line of SHW plus 5' return on n/m and 46' return
on s/s. Backfill area between proposed retaining wall
and existinc concrete block wall with 150+ c.y. of
clean loam ~o be trucked in. Maximum depth of fill
will be approximately 2' and will be over existing
lawn. Construct a timber dock consisting of a 4' x 60'
fixed elevated (4' above grade of marsh) walk; 4' x 16'
hinged ramp; 8' x 24' float secured by (2) 8" diameter
pilings. Proposed dock will replace an existing smaller
dock on approximately same location.
Construct additions to existing wood decks attached to
beach house to be no closer to water than existing deck.
Repair existing decks. Construct 7' x 4' concrete pad
on n/s of beach house and enclose with fence 5o house
pool filter. (Note: backwash will go into drywell.)
