Dear Mrs. Pagnozzi: In reply to your letter of November 20, 1981, the following action was taken by the Board of Southold Town Trustee at a regular meeting held December 2, 1981: You have until May 1, 1982, to remove the four (4) piles and hoist you have put up in Jockey Creek. However, in the mean- time, you are not to use it. Yours truly, Anna T. Hataier, President l A%16 Southold Town Trustees atu, November 20; 1981 CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Mrs. Anna Hataier, President Board of Town Trustees Town of Southold Town Hall Main Road Southold, New York 11971 Dear Mrs. Hataier: I still have not been successful in finding a crane or a dockbuilder with a small enough barge to go under the bridge to remove the piles. I did find one in Riverhead who can do it in the Spring, be- cause he is currently, over the winter, building a small barge to accommodate problem areas like mine. I have also spoke to John Geiderman to refile my applications for a new location further then fifteen feet from my line. Upon approval of the new appli- cation and as soon as his barge is ready, I will remove the piles from their present location and reset them as per the future approved permit. If there is a problem in the extension of time, please notify me at my New York City address below: Mrs. Agnes P agnozzi 4344 161st Street Flushing, New York 11358 Hopefully this will finally settle the matter. With reference to the supports you speak of in your letter, it is difficult to determine whether a permit would be required or not . If the supports were above water, no permit would be required, but should they enter town waters , a mere amendment to your permit, along with a brief sketch, would be all that would be necessary.
