Re: The Oriqinal Barge
Dear Mr. Urbanski:
Pursuant to your request for a determination on the
need of a wetland permit for the above captioned, please
be advised that the Trustees have personally visited the
site on April 17, 1986 and have determined that a wetland
permit is necessary for the construction of a retaining
wall.
Repair of the boards to the existing structure is
permissible, and does not require a permit.
If you have any questions or concerns please do not
hesitate to contact this office at the telephone number
above.

I called the above referenced on this date, 9:50 A.M. and
advised that after an inspection by the Board of Trustees
it was determined that repair to the existing structure
could be done (replacement of the boards that were gone to
the existing structure). However, for the retaining wall
he would have to apply for a permit from the Trustees.

Proposal:
!2o construct a timber retaining wall around the south
end of the restaurant, to prevent further erosion under the
