BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the easterly side of Deep Hole Drive, said
monument being 1475.30 feet southerly from the intersection of New Suffolk Avenue
with the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said monument South 79 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East
along the land now or formerly of Frank and Mindy Martorana and through a concrete
monument a distance of 1 18.74 feet to the high water line of a dredged canal;
THENCE along the high water line of said dredged canal South 13 degrees 38 minutes 10
seconds West,a distance of 100.11 feet to the land now or formerly of Henry S.Huecker;
THENCE along said land North 79 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, to a concrete
monument a distance of 103.41 feet to the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive;
THENCE along the easterly line of Deep Hole Drive North 04 degrees 52 minutes 50
seconds East, a distance of 100.58 feet,to the aforesaid concrete monument at the point
of BEGINNING.
