Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 10, 11 and 12 as
shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Shoreacres" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on January 3, 1914 as Map No. 41, said lots when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly side of South Drive where the same is intersected by the division

also distant 95.59 feet southerly as measured along the westerly side of South Drive from the
southerly end of a curve having a radius of 52.95 feet a length of 114.11 feet which said curve
