That the Grantor, in consideration of other good and valuable consideration and ONE($1.00) DOLLAR
lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, forever:
the perpetual and exclusive right to lay,relay,operate,maintain and remove a watermain ormains,both supply
and distribution,and appurtenances, including domestic services and fire hydrants in the full width and length,shown
on the map hereinafter mentioned, of the private street known as: Colony Pond Court, Southold, New York ,as more
particularly described on the schedule appended hereto.
TOGETHER with the right to use such street for such purposes;together with such similar rights and casements
as the Grantors can grant in and to premises described on said schedule.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and easements herein granted unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, forever.
ALL mains and appurtenances laid or to be laid by the Grantee,its successors and assigns,shall be,and remain
personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
DAnd said Grantor covenants as follows:
(� FIRST: As to the strip(s)of land as a covenant to run with the land,not to plant or erect,without the written
consent of the Grantee,its successors and assigns,over any portion of said strip of land or water main or appurtenances
herein, any trees, structures or like, which will make it substantially more difficult to repair any such water main or
appurtenances,or will endanger any such water main or appurtenances or make it or them relatively inaccessible , or
which will substantially lessen or increase the cover thereover;
SECOND:That said Grantor is seized of the said premises in fee simple,and has good right to convey the same;
THIRD: That said Grantee shall quietly enjoy the said rights and easements;
FOURTH: That said premises are free and clear from encumbrances, except for recorded mortgages, if any,
which are the subject of separate consents;
FIFTH:That the Grantor will execute or procure any further necessary assurances of the title to said rights and
easements; and
SIXTH: That said Grantor will forever warrant the title to the said eights and easements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set its hand and seal-caused its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed,and these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer-the day and year first above written.
