ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an interior point, where the same is intersected by the northeast corner of
premises being described herein and the southeast corner of land now or formerly of
Francisco, said point being the center line of a 30 foot right-of-way and also distant 300
feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of North
Road, CR 48 with the center line of said 30 foot right-of-way;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along land now or formerly of
Francisco, South 17 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds East 346.62 feet to land now or
formerly of Eastern Long Island Kampgrounds, Inc.;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 72 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West
135.89 feet to land now or formerly of Ferro;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 28 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds West,
315.41 feet to land now or formerly of Francisco first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 61 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East 197.57

TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over a 30 foot right-of-way for access
