AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered

November 28, 1969 as Map No. 5407, said part of Lots when taken together being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Westerly side of a private road known as Willow Terrace Lane which monument is
829.89 feet Southerly along said Westerly line of Willow Terrace Lane from the intersection of the Southerly side of King
