southerly along the westerly side of Three Waters Road from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of North Sea Drive with the westerly side of Three Waters
Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Three Waters Road, South 01 degrees 02
minutes 20 seconds West, 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 88 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West, 125.00 feet;
THENCE North 01 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds East, 100.00 feet;
