My husband, Gabor Galgo died in August 2017 and i got caught up in my grief and failed to pay or file the proper paperwork for the permit, although i thought i had explained that i just wanted to clean up the decay and debris that had washed up over the course of several years. Once i started i found 2 trees that were infected with termites and cut those back as well as 4 bushes, to that of 3 ft or higher, so that they may grow fuller in the spring. As instructed by the Bay Constable i have left everything as is until i hear from the board. r.
