I respectfully request that the Trustees approve an on sight inspection of the above referenced
property for a `new dwelling', including relief from the current code requirements regarding the
set backs from the edge of the wet lands due to the unusual topography of the property. If
approved, we could schedule the field trip for Wednesday, April 11tH
Included with this request is a letter from Mr William D Hermsted,the current owner of 1650
West Creek Ave, giving permission for the Trustees to come on,his property.
