I spoke with your office on 3/23/18 and was informed that the trustees were able to walk the property at 1485 Mill Creek Drive re: our initial tree removal request on 3/17/18. On that call, 1"was informed that I would need to meet with the field inspection team for further discussion and review. Please consider this a formal request to meet with the field inspection team on April 11, 2018 regarding tree removal requests at 1485 Mill Creek Drive in Southold, NY. We are writing to grant permission to the Board of Trustees access to our exterior grounds at our residence. There are several trees we would like to have removed from our property as we are concerned about the danger to our house should those trees come down in a storm. Attached are pictures of the trees with black markings which we would like to have removed.
