Subject: Second Pre-Application Site visit
I respectfully request a pre-application site visit at 63429 CR 48, Greenport. My client, Donna
H. Campbell, has a right of use stipulation to her neighbor's staircase to the beach. That staircase
has sustained substantial damage and needs to be removed and constructed new. She would like
to explore the possibility of constructing her own staircase and would like the Board to inspect
the slope condition and render some guidance. In addition, the toe of her slope has seen erosion
as a result of the recent storm events. It has become essential that the toe be stabilized to prevent
further deterioration. We would seek guidance from the board as to possible acceptable methods
of stabilization. The property tax map number is 1000-40-1-19. Enclosed find my check in the
amount of$50.00, made out to Town of Southold for the pre application visit. Also enclosed is
my client's Affidavit and Authorization forms as required
