CALL MEETING TO ORDER
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Our next Trustee meeting will be Thursday,April 5, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
Liz and I worked that backwards from knowing how long it will take to do the public notices and this is
the earliest we can do it. If we were to do it at a later date it would conflict with our already scheduled
April field inspections, work sessions and public hearings, which probably would have messed us up for
the entire year.
Next field inspection is April 112018 at 8:00 a.m. -
Next Work session Monday April 16, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
and Wednesday,April 18, 2018.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: I will take a motion to approve the minutes of February 14, 2018.
TRUSTEE WILLIAMS: Seconded.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: All in favor—(All Ayes)
The monthly report for February 2018, a check of$10,280.61 was forwarded to the Supervisor's Office
for the General Fund. _
Public Notices are on the Town Clerk bulletin Board for Review.
III. RESOLUTIONS—ADMINISTRATIVE PERMITS:
Board of Trustees 2 March 23, 2018
TRUSTEE DOMINO: We will approve as a group Items 1, 2,7 through 9. In other words we are
pulling out 3, 5 and 6.
So we will pull out 3,4, 5 and 6. We will approve as a group the remaining numbers 1, 2, 7 through 9.
That's my motion>
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: Seconded.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: All in favor. (All Ayes)
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: With respect to this application Rosemary Monteleone Revocable Trust c/o
Frank & Rosemary Monteleone, Co-Trustees- Field inspection on March the 14`h we specifically made
the recommendation that the proposed height of the bulkhead is raised to match the neighbor to the
west approximately 12" and that the 15' non-turf buffer that is shown on the plans should also run
along the entire bulkhead face on the southerly and also up the easterly side to the edge vegetation that
we found on the field inspection. That is my motion. Raise the bulkhead and continue the NTB on the
east to the edge.
TRUSTEE KRUPSKI—Seconded.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Motion has been made and seconded. All in Favor. (All Ayes)
TRUSTEE DOMINO: 4. David Krupnick Administrative permit for as-built 7'x7.7' hot tub. Which is
Inconsistent. The Inconsistency is that the hot tub was built without the benefit of a Trustees's permit
and review. So thereby if we approve this it brings it into consistency. That is my motion.
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: Is this the one that has the additional building or am I thinking of another one.
TRUSTEE WILLIAMS: This was the one that also had the garage permit on the past inspection on Deep
Hole Drive.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Correct and it also had a previous problem with a dock.
TRUSTEE WILLIAMS: I SECOND YOUR MOTION

TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER:#5 Michael Kimack on behalf of Quiet Man Holdings job located at 260
Huckleberry Hill Road, East Marion. The Board performed field inspection on March 14 there was
questions concerning the existing structures that remain since we did notice the doors were down and it
looks like the structure has a toilet facility so there is concerns about two dwelling units on the single
parcel. I do not know whether we had a chance to follow up on whether the structures had pre CO's
and if not I would like to table this for further research before we make a determination. Could be
tablethis for further research. Then I make a motion to table.
TRUSTEE KRUPSKi: SECOND
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Motion has been made and seconded. All in favor. (All Ayes)
TRUSTEE DOMINO: We should also consider something about some modifications to the septic.
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: I AGREE. That we see if they have an established building right that means that
increased density of possible two dwelling units immediately adjacent to a waterway we would
definitely want to investigate the issue of an IA.

TRUSTEE DOMINO. Moving on to IV. I am sorry#6. McCarthy Management on behalf of Judith Ullman
and Yehudit Moch request an Administrative permit for a 10 yr maintenance permit to hand cut the
common reed Phragmites australis to 12' in height by hand, as needed. The reason for pulling this out
and not doing it as a group with the others is that we want to specify in the permit that only phragmites
are to be cut no other species. So I make a motion that way to approve this application as submitted
with the caveat that only phragmites will be cut.
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: Second
TRUSTEE DOMINO: All in favor(All Ayes)
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Now IV. Extensions and transfers. We will approve these as a group#1-6 and 8-11
we are pulling out#7. A motion then to approve as a group 1-6 and 8-11.
TRUSTEE GOLDSMITH: Second.
TRUSTEE DOMINO: Motion has been made and seconded. All in favor. (All ayes)
TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER: #7. Michael and Kathy Perivolaris inspected on March 19 by Trustee Glenn
Goldsmith. The catwalk is 4'x56' not 4'x74' as on the permit. It is ok to transfer and amend as amended
so based on the field inspection of Glenn and for the minor amendment which is not going any further
seaward I presume. I would move to approve with the new dimensions and we need a conforming plan.
Subject to a conforming plan I do not see one here so we need a new plan with the new dimensions
That is my motion.

TRUSTEE DOMINO: At this time we will move to Close the public portion of this meeting and move into
Executive Session. I make a motion to move to Executive Session.

TRUSTEE DOMINO: At this time I would like to make a motion that the Trustees agree to the
settlement agreement and General Release between the Southold Town Trustees and Charles and
Brenda Grimes presented by the Town Attorney this day March 23, 2018 subject to final approval by the
Town Attorney's Office.
