Written permission from all property owners who have deeded access rights to Corey Creek at end of Corey Creek lane is necessary. I am awaiting word from the Carey Creek Association as to the status of their permit. I do wish to keep my permit open and pending and hope to obtain the signatures you req~±~e - per your letter 6/6/89. I have made known to the Corey Creek Association and make known to you, that my pemmit is not meant to interfere with their project. Should the larger project receive a oermit in the very near f'uture, and since they were both submitted at the same time, would I be able to reoove~~ an~ of fees paid~ if I withdraw.
