of the Wetland Application ~151 submitted by Mr. Steve Tsontakis,
on behalf of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas .Occhiogrosso.

from the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation regard-
ing same.

Dear Mr. Hamilton:
I am unable to move forward on the recommendation to the
Town Board on the application of Mr. & Mrs. Occhiogrosso (No. 151)
for a Wetland Permit.
At their regular meeting held on August 9, 1983 the Trustees
tabled this application, waiting for your Department to meet with
the Occhiogrosso's, With respect to the restoration of the Tidal
Wetlands.
I would appreciate hearing from you, with respeCt to this
application. This will enable the Trustees to proceed with regard
to this application.
I await your findings and conclusions. Thank you for your
continued co-operation.
