The house has been used continuously for residential purposes as a one family dwelling since that time up to the present. 6. I make this affidavit knowing fully that the Town of Southold Building Department will rely upon the facts as stated herein to issue a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy for said structure(s) to Salvatore M.
