Terry, Town Clerk Town Hall Southold, New York Dear Mrs. Terry: The following action was taken by the Board of Southold Town Trustees at a reKular meeting held November 9, 1982: P~SOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of wetland application #109 of Philip Obenauer to fill and raise grade of lot off branch of West Creek, Cutcho~ue, as long as it is graded properly; no fill at any time will extend pass an imaginary line parallel to waterway between the Two cement boundary markers; fill will be graded to slope and to conform with existinE terrain.
