Inasmuch as mortgage money is unavailable at this time for construction at this site, we will probably not be building either a dwelling or a catwalk. ~e would request, therefore~ that the filing of the actual building plans for the catwalk be delayed as we do not wish to preju- dice a future applicant's plans as to materials or specifications or construction date.
