The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove this tree. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. Our house is on the adjacent property at 675 Meadow Ln. Tax Map Number 115.-5-7. The tree is located at the south end of our home and is within 100 feet of the wetlands. We would like to take the necessary steps to receive authorization to have it removed. We believe the tree is a safety hazard to our home.
