The Board reviewed the application and determined that a permit cannot be issued to clear vegetation on an undeveloped property without first obtaining a Town permit for a primary structure and/or a site plan approval. As the Board has determined to not move forward on this application, a refund is being issued in the amount of$100.00 under Town check #1164 which is the total fee amount that was submitted for the Administrative Application. It appears that removal of vegetation on a vacant parcel is prohibited without first obtaining any permits or approvals where required. I have attached the two documents for your reference. If the property owner would like to try to proceed with getting Town approvals, they should first talk to the Planning Dept. and possibly apply for an approved site plan. As this had been determined prior to the Board of Trustee's formal review, a full refund of$100.00 will be issued to Mr. & Mrs. Donadic. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
