Domino did an on-site inspection regarding your concerns about four trees shown on the tree removal and pruning plan dated April 18, 2017. The oak tree referenced in a May 30, 2017 letter appears to be dead and should be cut flush to the ground to minimize disturbance. Similarly, the pine close to the dwelling and the existing propane tank should be cut flush to the ground. The remaining trees that you wish to prune appear healthy and therefore this Trustee advises very light or no pruning to maintain viability. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. J This is not a determination from any other agency.
