Mr. Ryan,
The Southold Town Trustees discussed your inquiry of whether hydro seeding would be feasible at Mattituck Park
District Beach. The Board would need more information on the hydro seeding mix from the professionals involved, and
the capability of hydro seeds to produce a pure stand of American Beach Grass. After review of the requested additional
information and possible acceptance of the proposed method, an administrative amendment to the Trustees permit will
be required.
If you have any questions or comments, please let me know and I will forward all responses to the Board of Trustees.
