Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of p~"operty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. AGNES BURKHARDT, being duly sworn, deposes and says: 1. That she resides at (no $) Third Street, New Suffolk, New 2. That she is over fifty (50) years of age and has resided in New Suffolk all of her life. 3. That she is familiar with the premises of Joseph E. Nolan and Anne Nolan, at 685 Orchard Street, which consists of a two-story frame house and a one-story frame guest cottage. 4. That said premises was built in or about 1885 and owned by Henry Wesley Anderson. Thereafter, his son, Henry Anderson and his wife, Mary, owned the premises and used the cottage,as rental property, until their death, at which time the property passed through Mary's estate to her daughter, Edith Guy. Said Edith Guy lived in the principal residence and continued to rent the guest cottage until she sold the property to Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Waimey in 1966. 5. Said Stanley Waimey and wife lived in the principal residence and continued to rent the guest cottage until they sold the property to Joseph and Anne Nolan in 1973, who then moved into the principal residence and continued to rent to date the guest cottage. 6. That said premises have been used without change and for no other purpose than as a residential dwelling with a rental guest cottage since the date of their purchase by the Nolan's and prior to the adoption of the Southold Town Ordinance in April, 1957. 7.
