In response to your memo regarding the above mentioned property, the Board of
Trustees reviewed the proposed survey last dated June 1, 2012 and performed a site
inspection, and would like to recommend the following:
The Board agrees with the proposed drainage plan provided it conforms to
Chapter 236 of the Town Code.
The proposed project will be non jurisdictional if Lawrence Lane is a public Town
owned road, as per recent amendments made to Chapter 275.
The Board of Trustees appreciates the opportunity to review the above mentioned
application.
