Trusteesto: construct additions! and alterations to the existing dwelling; construct
seaward and landward side porches; construct breezeway leading to a proposed
garage;- reconfigure existing driveway to accommodate new garage; construct
swimming pool with but tub and spool house; install pool patio and concrete
walkway from pool to dwelling
