BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a Lupton Point Road, distant 1218.07 feet easterly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the said southerly side of said Private Road with the easterly side of Marratooka Lane
(Road);
RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East along the southerly side of said Lupton Point Road,
100 feet to land now or formerly of Esquirol;
THENCE South 10 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East along said land 204.66 feet to the mean high water mark of Deep
Hole Creek;
