Lot No. 326-A on map entitled,"Amended Map A of Nassau Point,owned by Nassau Point
Club Properties, Inc.,situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y.", surveyed June
28, 1922, by Otto W.Van Tuyl,C.E.&Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. and filed in the Office of
the County Clerk of Suffolk County,N.Y.on August 16, 1922, File and Map No. 156,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Meadow Beach Lane(a private street)
where the same is interested by the division line between Lots 325 and 326A on said map;
RUNNING THENCE South 19 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West along said division
line 85 feet;
