BEGINNING at a stake on the southerly line of Mason Drive
301.36 feet westerly along the southerly line of said Mason Drive
from its intersection with the westerly line of Broadwaters
Drive, said point being the northwesterly corner of land of the
said Catherine E. Sylvester; running thence along land last
