NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE
TOWN Ti~USTEES OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, AT THE SOUTHOLE TOWN HALL,
MAIN ROAD, SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK, ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1988 ON THE
FOLLOWING'- APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE
WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN:
In ~he matter of the application of Edward and Regina Nordstrom to construct a 3'
x 49' catwalk, B' x 16' ramp and a 6~ x18' float with 12 pilings. Property is located
on Wood Lane, Peconic.
Present were: Trustee Bredemeyer, Trustee Smith, Trustee Bednoski, Trustee Krupski,
Clerk Ilene Pfifferllng.
Trustee Bredemeyer: Is there anyone here to speak for this application? No comment.

Trustee Smith: No problem.
Trustee Krupski: Did we decide to shorten the lengtl~ on that? Or is the length
satisfactory.
Trustee Bredemeyer: We will have to refer to our field 'notes.
Trustee Krupski: There is a lot of water there. It is sort of in the corner. The
channel flows through, I don't think that it will be a problem.
Trustee Bredemeyer: I don't remember? We can review it further prior to the
vote on it.
Trustee Krupski: I don't see a problem with the location.
