Lady of Grace R.C.Church,"said point being located 1774.39 feet North of a point which is 1193.21 feet
West of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station"PROS;
THENCE running South 43'49' 15"West 100,00 feet abutting northwesterly on said Church land,

This same property having been described by earlier deed into Edward and John Goss as follows:
part of the land formerly owned ad called Robertson Place, bounded and described as follows: On the
East by the Town Road or Highway, the north by lands owned by"Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church";
beginning at the Northeast corner at a merestone in the town road line and following west one hundred
(100) feet along the said church property to a stone. Then form this stone in a Southerly direction one
hundred and fifty(150)feet to another stone;thence east pone(100)feet to the road and a merestone one
hundred fifty(150)feet from the starting point.This makes the lot rectangular in shape, i.e,one hundred
and fifty(150)long on the road and one hundred(100)wide.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Edward C.Goss and John Goss
by Deed dated September 28, 1954,and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October
13, 1955, in Liber 3993 at pages 92-95 and by Deed from Edward C. Goss to John C. Goss dated
September 8, 1978,and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 18, 1978,in
Liber 8499 at page 467.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the
time of decedent's death in said premises,and also the estate therein,which the party of the first part has
or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
