Most recently Bridgehampton Bank had a building permit for the asbestos abatement in their Southold Branch and the trailer permit application was part of their permit and they were required to get a special trailer permit. Daniel Buttafuoco has been granted permission for a trailer to be used by the construction manager to oversee the building of additions and alterations to a one family dwelling and he was required to get a special trailer permit. Now,you are saying Kean Development does not need a special trailer permit because it is in their building permit application. So was Bridgehampton Bank and Daniel Buttafuoco . The Town has historically been requiring construction trailers providing office space to be permitted in the past in such instances. What has changed in the Town Code? I don't know of any amendments to this effect. I need something from you on your letterhead in writing clarifying this situation and stating why this particular one does not need a special trailer permit. Betty Neville Elizabeth A.
