garage; reconfigure existing driveway to accommodate new garage; construct
swimming pool with but tub and pool house; install pool patio and concrete
walkway from pool to dwelling

-3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
