Financia udet/T'ersonnel Issues: Part Time Clerk Typist position in the Office of the Zoning Board of Appeals A classified ad was placed in the February 8, 2018 edition of the Suffolk Times requesting applications for the position of part time Clerk Typist in the Office of the .SBA. The deadline for receiving letters of interest and resumes was February 16, 2018.. Tele applications were received, and I sent each applicant a letter acknowledging receipt with thanks for their interest in the position. An ad for the same position in the Planning Department rail earlier for a 3 week period which. yielded many more applications. To be able to choose from the strongest pool of potential candidates, I asked Planning Director l:anza if, once the Town Board had approved her recommended hire, she would share the other resumes with me for my review. After we meet in early March, I will begin short listing applicants for interviews. IV.
