WHEREAS, John Bertani on behalf of Richard Nass requested a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance for the construction of a 30' x l0t deck landward of an existing bulkhead on property located on Willow Point Road, Southold, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, the Board considered all the documentation submitted concerning this request, and WHEREAS, the Board made the following findings of fact: 1. By this request appellant requests permission to construct a 30~ x 10' deck landward of an existing bulkhead. 2. The subject property is located on Willow Point Road, Southold. 3, The project will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that John Bertani on behalf of Richard Nass be and hereby ~s granted a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance as requested to construct a deck 30' x 10' on property located on Willow Point Road, Southold. Please be advised that there ~s a $25.00 fee due at this time for the waiver granted. Please return to the Building Dept. for a determination on the need of any other Town Permits that maI' be required for this project.
